Our Process

This phase involves defining the project's scope, objectives, and feasibility.

It includes initial assessments, such as site surveys, environmental impact studies, and architectural design. Envision Improvements develops a project timeline, budget, and obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Project Planning

During this phase, Envision Improvements prepares for the physical construction work.

[ 02

This includes finalizing detailed construction plans, procuring construction materials, and establishing temporary facilities on-site, such as offices, storage, and utilities.

Pre Construction

[ 02 stage

The construction work begins, following the plans and specifications developed in the pre-construction phase.

[ 03

Our goal is to maintain the schedule, keep owners and consultants updated on progress and provide a management and supervision program that ensures a proactive approach to issues.

Construction

[ 03 stage

Envision Improvements have dedicated project managers who oversee the entire construction process.

[ 04

They monitor progress, manage resources, coordinate subcontractors, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to the project timeline and budget.

Project Management

Throughout the construction process, Envision Improvements conducts regular inspections.

[ 05

The quality control checks to ensure that the work meets the required standards and specifications.

Quality Controls

We manage the closeout stage early on and work with trades and consultants to ensure deficiencies are remediated in a timely manner.

Our end goal is to handover the project in a streamlined approach with the least disruption to the end users.
